Our best priced units have all wood frames, doors, and drawer fronts. Due to its density, particleboard wood has greater dimensional stability: it does not warp due to temperature fluctuations and other changes in the environment. One advantage of using particleboard is the density and the material is not as vulnerable to expansion and contraction. That is a plus when cabinets are constructed using screws to secure moving and working parts
